These terms apply to your use of the M.Hip website and orders placed in our store.

Products and orders

Before purchasing, read the product description, materials, dimensions, colour and care instructions. Minor differences in leather texture and colour may result from natural materials, handcrafting and screen settings.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout. Custom changes must be agreed before production begins.

Prices, payment and delivery

Checkout and payment are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). Online card payment through Hutko and payment on receipt through Nova Poshta are available. Details, estimated times and free-delivery conditions are on our Delivery policy page.

Exchanges, returns and warranty
