Delivery within Ukraine

We deliver to Nova Poshta branches and parcel lockers. Select your city or locality and collection point at checkout.

Delivery is free for orders of UAH 7,000 or more after discounts when paid online by card. For other orders, the recipient pays delivery separately at Nova Poshta’s rates. This cost is not included in the amount paid on our website.

Payment

Pay online by card through Hutko or pay on receipt through Nova Poshta. For payment on receipt, delivery and money-transfer fees are charged separately at the carrier’s rates. For parcel lockers, pay in the Nova Poshta app before opening the locker.

Preparation and delivery times

In-stock items are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after order confirmation; online payments must also be confirmed. Production times for custom items are agreed separately.

Estimated delivery within Ukraine is 2–4 business days. Timing may vary with the carrier’s operations and local circumstances. A tracking number being created does not mean the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

International orders

International delivery is not currently available at checkout on this website. Contact maria@m-hip.design to ask about shipping options.

Address and tracking

Check your locality, branch or locker and phone number before confirming. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly: details can be changed before dispatch. Use your tracking number on Nova Poshta’s website or app to track the parcel.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, email your order and tracking numbers to maria@m-hip.design. We will help check its status and contact the carrier.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or late collection, the buyer pays for redelivery. The original delivery charge is not refunded unless the issue was caused by our error.

Care Instructions for genuine leather

Avoid prolonged contact with water, as well as alcohol-based or oil-based substances (cosmetics, perfumes, sanitizers).

If the product gets wet, gently blot with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.

Keep away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat sources.

For cleaning, use products specifically designed for genuine leather. Always test on an inconspicuous area before full application.

Condition periodically with a leather conditioner (once every 3–6 months).

Store in a cool, dry place inside a dust bag, stuffing the bag with paper to help maintain its shape.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All M.hip accessories come with 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.

Does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.
